Subscription Policy

Offline Calm provides access to its services on a paid subscription basis (the “Subscription”). By purchasing a Subscription through our website, you agree that your Subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy.

The applicable subscription fee will be charged at the beginning of your subscription period and on each subsequent renewal date, at the price displayed on the checkout or payment page at the time of purchase or renewal. Subscription periods may vary in duration and may include, for example, monthly or multi-month billing cycles. The available subscription options, pricing, and billing frequency are determined at our discretion and may change from time to time. You are responsible for reviewing the subscription details presented at checkout before completing your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, or discounted subscriptions. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, such offers automatically renew at the then-current full subscription price following the conclusion of the promotional period. Prices may vary based on geographic location, currency, or other factors, and all applicable charges will be clearly disclosed prior to payment.

Offline Calm may, at its discretion, offer trial access or limited-time subscription offers. We are not obligated to provide trial periods and do not guarantee their availability.

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Offline Calm, or its designated third-party payment processor, to charge the payment method you provided for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and related charges on a recurring basis until your Subscription is cancelled.

You acknowledge and agree that your payment details may be shared with third-party payment processors solely for the purpose of processing transactions. Your financial institution may apply additional fees, such as currency conversion or international transaction charges, for which Offline Calm is not responsible.

Your Subscription will continue to renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the then-current subscription period. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before the applicable renewal date.

To cancel your Subscription, you must contact our support team at support@offlinecalm.com and provide sufficient information to identify your account, including your first name, last name, and the email address associated with your Subscription. Upon successful cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period, after which your access will terminate without further charges.

You remain responsible for all subscription fees incurred up to the effective date of cancellation. Offline Calm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription if payment cannot be processed, if you violate our Terms of Service, or for other lawful reasons at our discretion.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel your Subscription before the end of a subscription period, you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of that period.

Refund requests may be submitted only in accordance with our Money-Back Guarantee, which sets out the specific conditions under which a refund may be granted. The Money-Back Guarantee forms a separate policy and is incorporated by reference into this Subscription Policy.

Offline Calm reserves the right to deny any refund request where the applicable conditions are not met or where a user has violated our Terms of Service or policies.

If you are a resident of the European Union, you acknowledge and expressly request the immediate performance of the Subscription upon purchase. You further acknowledge that, once performance has begun with your prior express consent, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws, except where otherwise required by law.

Where applicable, and where withdrawal rights have not been waived or lost, any refund shall be limited to the proportionate unused portion of the Subscription.

Offline Calm may update or modify this Subscription Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, pricing, or legal requirements. Any updated version will be made available through our website and will apply prospectively from the date of publication.
