1. Money-Back Guarantee
If you purchase our service directly through our website and the money-back option is offered at checkout, you may request a refund if you have actively used the program but do not feel it meets your expectations, provided all the following are true:
- You contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and before your subscription ends.
- You have actively used the program for at least 14 consecutive days, which may be verified through screenshots, usage logs, or other appropriate evidence.
- Upon receipt of a refund request, our Customer Success team will review your program usage and progress submissions. Refunds will only be issued if active daily usage is verified. Requests will be denied if submissions indicate rushed or non-consecutive activity, such as multiple entries submitted in a single day.
We will review your request and notify you by email whether it is approved.
2. General Refund Rules

- If you do not meet the Money-Back Guarantee rules, your payment is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or granted at our discretion.
- Refunds must be requested during the subscription period.

3. EU / Legal Withdrawal
- If you are an EU/EEA/Switzerland resident, you have a 14-day legal right to withdraw from contracts for digital services.
- By purchasing and starting your subscription immediately, you expressly consent to begin the service right away and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.
- Therefore, you will not be eligible for a refund under EU law unless the service is defective or does not function as described.
4. Special Location Rules
- California & Connecticut (USA): You may cancel within 3 business days for a full refund.
